BEGINNERS: NEW START
For students completely new to yoga or new to the Iyengar method.
Over the course of 6-8 weeks or more, poses (asanas) will be taught to develop strength, stamina, balance, and flexibility.
This will give you a sound grounding in Iyengar yoga.
Beginners : New Start classes follow on from one another during the Block so you can only book for the full Block.
